If you have been notified that a prior year’s tax return has been selected for audit, I can represent you. I will either go to the IRS office on your behalf or hold the meeting in my office. The first step in this process is to schedule a meeting at my office so we can discuss what records will be needed to support the selected tax return, and to plan a course of action should any other preparation be needed.
